We are thrilled to welcome John McGrath to ZLC Financial, working as an Advisor with our Employee Benefits team.
John’s experience in the group insurance industry spans more than 30 years. He held senior leadership and consulting roles with two global human resource and financial services firm. John’s background also includes Sales Director positions with two of Canada’s largest group insurance providers. As a senior consultant, John has partnered with a broad spectrum of private and public sector organizations. He also participates on various national advisory boards applying his expertise to influence private drug plan strategies.
His passion is helping human resource professionals develop private payer benefit strategies that recognize benefits as an increasingly complex financial issue, while integrating group benefit and retirement programs into the broader business strategy.
