ZLC Financial’s 41st Estate Planning Seminar

We recently held our 41st annual full-day Estate Planning Seminar at the Terminal City Club. We were thrilled to host an incredible line up of top-notch industry professionals and speakers, who provided attendees with exclusive updates and insights for 2019.

Our speakers covered a wide range of topics, from Donald Trump’s impact on the markets to recent developments in taxation for Canadian-controlled private corporations. Our agenda wove a case study about a family-owned business throughout the presentations. Our speakers applied tips for risk management, reducing tax in the estate, business succession, as well as funding alternatives for private corporations to one family’s story. A highlight of the day was the keynote talk by David Podmore, one of Vancouver’s most influential contributors to the real estate industry.
