With over 15 years of experience in the employee benefits field, including eight years with a large insurance company, Ross Gibson provides knowledgeable advice to clients looking to implement a new group benefits plan, or to update and make cost-effective an existing plan. Ross also specializes in pension plans and other retirement arrangements for both large and small groups.

Ross co-authored the C.I.C.A. course titled "Emerging Trends in Corporate Risk Management".

An avid golfer, Ross is the Chairman of the ZLC Financial Group Charity Golf Tournament which has raised over $600,000 for various local charities includint the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
