Born and raised in Vancouver, Michael graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1997, with a B.A. in Finance and Economics.

In March of 1998, Michael joined ZLC Financial Group and has gained extensive experience in the areas of financial and estate planning. A Certified Financial Planner, Michael specializes in life & living benefits insurance, estate planning, charitable giving, and investment management, where he provides specialized insurance solutions and disciplined investment strategies for his clients.

Michael’s community involvement includes sitting on the Planned Giving Advisory Committee for the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation and volunteering with the Junior Achievement British Columbia program.

Michael is married with twin sons and in his spare time enjoys skiing, golfing, and boating.
