With over 50 years of experience, Harold is the founding partner of ZLC Financial Group. He is recognized in Canada and internationally as an authority in providing insurance solutions for shareholder agreements and Estate and Succession Planning for family businesses. Harold has spoken at many life insurance related conferences and has written numerous articles for business and life insurance publications.

Harold's greatest strength is his ability to communicate with his clients. He believes

In 1995, Harold was asked by the Canadian Family Enterprise Foundation (CAFÉ) to develop a video course on Estate and Succession Planning. The resulting video "Winning the Succession Game" has become an important facet for this type of planning. Harold's list of public speaking engagements includes many professional and industry groups.

In addition to his many years' experience, Harold is also a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).
