Ida, fluent in Swedish, Norwegian and Danish, holds a diploma in Business and Administration from the Soderslattsgymnastiet in Trelleborg, Sweden. Prior to joining the ZLC team in 2011, Ida was volunteering for charitable organizations such as the Red Cross and World Society for the Protection of Animals.

Ida is the receptionist at ZLC.
